This high-energy hybrid class is designed to build power, speed, and explosive strength for skaters at all Aspire levels. The first portion is on-ice, focused on strong stroking, edge quality, and power generation. On-ice Power from 5:10-5:40 PM and off-ice jumps and rotationals from 5:45-6:25 PM Perfect for Aspire skaters looking to level up their athleticism and performance! SKIP 9/7 (LABOR DAY)
