Service Description

Designed to accelerate progress, Aspire Express offers a structured blend of on-ice and off-ice training. Skaters spend the first hour on the ice rotating through skill-based stations, focusing on jumps, spins, edges, and overall skating development. The final 30 minutes is dedicated to Ballet for Skaters, helping athletes improve flexibility, strength, posture, and performance quality. No skates are needed—ballet shoes are recommended, or skaters may wear socks.
